• 🗑️ You may delete your content at any time; deleted content will be removed from public view promptly, but may persist in system backups for up to 90 days, or longer as required by law or for legitimate operational reasons (e.g., to investigate misuse, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations).
• 👥 Content you post to shared spaces (e.g., group journals, public AR notes) may remain accessible to others if not deleted by them.

• 🚫 Don’t exploit AR features unsafely (e.g., while driving or crossing roads).
• ❗ Don’t use AI features for defamatory, offensive, or misleading content.
• 🔒 No data mining, scraping, or unauthorised server access.
• 👮 Don’t use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
• 🛠️ No modifying, hacking, or creating derivative works from the source or UI.
• 🛡️ No attempts to bypass security, harvest credentials, use automation/bots, or post harmful code.
• 🙅 No impersonation, harassment, or illegal discrimination of others.

Access may be suspended or blocked for misuse or abuse. GeoAR.it reserves the right to terminate or restrict accounts at its sole discretion for breaches of these terms.

• 🕶️ AR overlays may be inaccurate, delayed, or unresponsive due to device or environment limits.
• 👀 You must always remain aware of your physical surroundings.
• ⚠️ You are solely responsible for your safety when using AR features, especially in public or hazardous areas.
• 🚑 GeoAR.it is not liable for injury, property damage, or disorientation arising from use of AR features.

• 🎭 The Geordie Genie is an AI-driven virtual assistant for entertainment and guidance only.
• ❗ Ian Foster is not responsible for misunderstandings, errors, or emotional impact caused by AI responses.
